GoldSync allows your office to keep in touch with your team while away from the office. GoldSync Keeps all members in
touch with up-to-date information as though they were at the office. Goldsync uses a method called syncronization.  
This method allow information to be sent to and from a central database. 

Remote Users
GoldSync can be fully automated to send and recieved information.GoldSync is a fully customizable software package.
Through wizards, you can totally customize the syncronization process according to certain criteria;  therefore, sending 
only relavant informaiton to the intended recipent. 

Security
All information sent is encrypted and can be passworded. In addition, GoldSync assigns a site and serial number for
each remote user.

Transmissions modes
GoldSync uses several types of transmission methods: sycronization over a modem, Email, TCP/IP, and by using a Gateway.

Remote Locations
Multiple GoldSync sites can also be configured to accomdate remote offices. If your organization is wide spread, GoldSync
can be configured to syncronize to remote offices keeping all locations up-to-date.
